Refund Policy & Service Satisfaction

We want you to be confident in the care your pet receives. If a service falls short of expectations, contact us within 7 days of the visit. We'll review the report card, talk with the assigned caretaker, and make it right — that may mean a credit, a partial refund, or a no-charge follow-up visit, depending on the situation.
Refunds for cancelled bookings follow our cancellation policy. Approved refunds are processed via Square within 5–7 business days.
We don't refund completed services after the 7-day window unless there's clear evidence of a service failure.
