Cancellation & Holiday Policy

 

All services must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the start of service. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations:

  • 7+ days before service: Full refund or full credit
  • 3–7 days before service: 50% refund or 75% credit

  • Less than 72 hours before service: No refund (credit may be issued at our discretion)

  • No-shows or failure to provide access: No refund

 

Holiday & peak-date bookings are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the service start date due to limited availability.
