Cancellation Policy

Free to cancel up to 72 hours before the visit. Cancellations inside 72 hours are billed at 50% of the booking total. Cancellations inside 48 hours are billed at 100%.

For multi-day bookings, the cancellation window applies to the start date of the booking, not each individual visit.

Holiday bookings (see holiday rates) require a 7-day cancellation window. Any bookings cancelled in the cancellation window are subject to cancellation fees at our discretion.
