Schedule a free 15-minute consult call with us. We'll hop on a quick phone call. You walk us through your pet's routine, meds, and any quirks, and we'll tell you straight if we're the right fit. No card on file, no pressure.

Are you really able to do medical care?

Yes. Elisha has 15 years of vet-tech experience and the team is trained for the kind of care most sitters can't offer. For sub-Q fluids, insulin, bladder expression, and e-tube feeding, we ask for a brief written note from your vet and the most recent labs.

Question 3

What if there's an emergency?

We carry pet-first-aid kits, your vet's number, and a 24-hour ER number. We call you first, your vet second, the ER third, and we transport. Mileage and visit time are billable; the worry is on us.

Question 4

Do you handle reactive dogs?

Often. Tell us on the consult call. Same caretaker every visit, slow intros, no off-leash unless you've explicitly approved.

How do you handle keys & access?

Accepted Answer

Lockbox preferred. If keys, they're tagged with a code (no name or address) and stored in a locked office. Chain-of-custody log on every handoff.

Photo updates?

Every visit. Posted within 30 minutes of leaving, via email and your client portal.

Free up to 48 hours before the visit. Inside 48 hours, 50%; inside 24 hours, full.

What's the service area?

Central and coastal San Diego. Outside that radius, ask: we sometimes route a caretaker.
