Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when booking a service: your name, email, phone, service address, pet details, emergency contact, vet contact, and vaccination records. We use this information solely to provide the services you book.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the assigned caretaker for your booking, and with payment processor (Square) and email service (Resend) as required to deliver our services. Vaccination records are stored with access restricted to the booking owner and assigned caretaker.

If you opt in to social media consent during booking, we may use anonymized photos and videos of your pet on our Instagram and other channels. You can revoke this consent at any time by emailing sunnypawssd@gmail.com.
