Refund Policy & Service Satisfaction

Pet care services are provided based on agreed-upon schedules, instructions, and availability. While every effort is made to meet client expectations regarding communication style, household preferences, and routine, minor deviations that do not impact the health or safety of the pets do not constitute inadequate care.

Refunds are not issued for completed services except in cases of documented failure to provide agreed-upon care. Any partial refund issued is at the sole discretion of the company and, if offered, shall be considered a goodwill gesture and not an admission of fault or negligence. Refunds will not be based on subjective interpretations of pet behavior, camera footage, or post-service assessments of routine preference.
